At KCS, we believe in development and training of staff hence we provide innovative opportunities for all our employees. This has resulted in a motivated and professional employee base of twenty (20) full time, forty (40) temporary staff. We also offer apprenticeship and internship opportunities.Our fully trained staff have recognized qualifications in health and hygiene. All employees do receive periodic training in Food Safety and Customer Service, which are integral to our line of work to maintain quality, safety, and health standards.

You’d be surprised how many tiny details go into planning a successful event. At K.C.S, our goal is to never make you have to find out. When you choose to work with us, you are assigned a personal Catering + Event Specialist who ensures all aspects of your function are covered. We walk you through menu selection, diagramming, color palettes, linen selection, tastings, and event details so you know exactly what to expect with no surprises along the way. In the end, our main objective is always your peace of mind!

The K.C.S team is a select group of highly experienced professionals who are here to serve you. But, experience is worth little without a great attitude. Our team members are courteous and gracious, always greeting you with a smile. Every event is assigned a hand-selected Event Lead who ensures all aspects of your function are covered. K.C.S staff always arrive on-time and are ready before your event’s scheduled start time. Servers, dressed in discreet black uniforms (other dress options are also available), are all ServSafe certified for food safety and quality.
